SUMMARY
aPushUp is about making people's days brighter - one push up at a time.
HISTORY
Once upon a time a group of colleagues were at the pub and their was a lull in the conversation. So Yoo-Jin asked Andrew to do a push up. Andrew at first resisted. But Yoo-Jin was persistent and very convincing - like a child repeating the same question. What a great idea to do it in the middle of a busy pub too? Lo and behold, the first push up was made. The angels rejoiced. Push ups became the running joke at work. Favours were sometimes accompanied with push ups or at least requests for push ups.
Feb 2009, Yoo-Jin was looking for a hobby. Push up pictures seemed to be a good idea. At first, I published the pictures as a Facebook album. Then numerous people suggested it should be a website. It seemed like a good idea, since some friends were opposed to Facebook and Facebook has a limit of 200 photos per album. Waka waka - aPushup.com was born.

I grew up in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. It seems like yesterday I was making snow forts in my backyard and learning to snowboard on the small hill behind my house..
When I'm not gathering push up photos I'm working at Mokten making Apps for mobile devices.
